Double-Layer Blackout Curtains at the MAXEU Office – Van Phuc Urban Area
The blackout curtain installation at MAXEU interior design company, 189 Nguyen Thi Nhung, Van Phuc Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, is a typical application of a double-layer curtain system for a modern office space. The project’s main challenge was controlling natural light from large glass windows while maintaining aesthetics and flexibility in the workplace.
We applied a blackout curtain solution (medium gray) combined with sheer light-filtering curtains on the inside. The blackout curtains were selected for their full-coverage capability, helping regulate room temperature and reduce glare when needed. The sheer curtains (white/light gray) provide soft daily light filtering, creating a comfortable workspace while preserving the outside view when needed. The soft silk fabric with a subtle mesh pattern adds a professional aesthetic accent.
The installation quality meets high standards: deep, even folds, properly tensioned hanging lines, high-quality hardware (tracks and handles), and secure installation. The fabric has no wrinkles or peeling, and its dimensions fit the window frames perfectly.
