Gray Fabric Curtains at the MELOSA Garden Khang Điền Showroom, District 9

The fabric curtain project at the MELOSA Garden Khang Điền sales showroom (District 9, Ho Chi Minh City) is a representative project in interior decoration for modern retail spaces.

Space challenge: The showroom features an open layout with large windows, abundant natural light, and bright white-painted walls. The space needed a curtain solution that could control light to protect the merchandise while maintaining a bright, airy, professional appearance without excessive coverage that would diminish the showroom atmosphere.

Chosen solution: We used single-layer light gray fabric curtains (a neutral gray tone) combined with evenly spaced decorative pleats. This choice was suitable because: (1) the light gray color blends harmoniously with the white walls and concrete floor, creating a modern, elegant feel; (2) the single layer allows gentle light control without making the space too dark; (3) the decorative pleats create an architectural accent, enhancing the aesthetic value of the commercial space.

Actual result: The installation achieved high quality—uniform stitching, perfectly straight curtain edges, and consistent drape. The curtain tiebacks were installed at the correct positions, creating natural pleats without pulling or sagging. All installation details were free of visible defects and met the standards of a premium showroom.

    FAQ

For a spacious product display area, using single-layer fabric curtains combined with a pleated sewing style creates an airy, modern feel. This design subtly regulates the amount of natural light, highlighting the displayed products while maintaining the necessary brightness and avoiding a cramped or dark feeling throughout the sales area.
To calculate the project budget for the showroom, we base it on the total actual fabric length measured after surveying the premises. The unit price of each fabric type varies depending on the material, fabric width, and accompanying installation accessories. Therefore, the exact all-inclusive cost can only be determined after a specialist directly measures the space and agrees on the installation plan with the customer.
Completing the fabric curtain system for the 196-square-meter area at this project took four days, from April 10, 2024, to April 14, 2024. For spaces of a similar scale, the actual schedule generally remains within this timeframe. However, the handover time may vary if the installation area includes additional complex door positions or requires extensive technical work on the ceiling and walls.
During the on-site survey of the display space, the technical team will inspect and remove the old curtain system upon the customer's request. This helps ensure that installation of the new curtain tracks and fabric curtains is carried out accurately, guaranteeing durability and aesthetic appeal.
Warranty coverage for the entire curtain system at the Melosa Garden showroom in District 9 applies for twenty-four months from the handover date. Technical support covers defects in accessories and stitching, as well as operating mechanisms such as curtain tracks or motors under normal usage conditions, excluding damage caused by external factors.
The single-layer fabric curtain model can absolutely be installed in smaller spaces. The installation process only adjusts the fabric length and number of track sets to suit the actual conditions, helping optimize installation time.
