Color-Combination Fabric Curtains on Street 52, Binh Tan – A Modern Townhouse Space
This project on Street 52, Binh Tan District is a typical example of combining two types of curtains to optimize lighting and aesthetics for a townhouse with large glass windows.
The initial challenge was not a small one: the homeowners needed a curtain solution that could both adjust natural light from the wide glass windows and ensure privacy in a townhouse located in a bustling commercial area. The walls combine pale pink and white, while the plaster ceiling and ceramic tile floor create an open, luxurious space that requires balance in the choice of curtains.
Our solution was a two-layer curtain system: pale pink Roman shades at the top to gently adjust daylight, and gray vertical fabric curtains along the sides to create an aesthetic accent and provide effective coverage. This arrangement suits the white-painted window frames without making the space feel heavy, while still achieving the desired level of coverage.
The installation achieved high-quality results: the vertical curtains are evenly tensioned, with no misalignment or folds, and the pleats create an attractive look. The roller shades operate smoothly, with the height and width matching the window frames 100%. The entire curtain system makes the front area feel both airy and private, meeting the requirements of a modern townhouse.
