Thanh Vy curtain factory is hiring curtain sewing workers for production at the factory, with no need to travel to job sites. This position is suitable for people with industrial sewing skills or experience sewing curtains who want stable daytime work.

Job Responsibilities

The sewing worker receives fabric and measurements finalized by the surveying team and produces finished curtains according to the exact dimensions and designs quoted to the customer.

  • Read measurement sheets, cut fabric to the correct width and length, and leave appropriate seam allowances for each curtain type (double curtains, roller blinds, Roman shades).
  • Sew edge finishes and hems, and prevent fabric edges from fraying on industrial sewing and overlock machines.
  • Pleat curtains at the correct spacing and in the correct style (single pleats, double pleats, or stacked pleats) according to the sample agreed upon with the design department.
  • Attach drawstrings, curtain header tape, and rings or hanging hooks depending on the accompanying accessories.
  • Inspect products before packaging: ensure even seams, no misaligned fabric patterns, and no size discrepancies compared with the measurement sheet.
  • Record and report any defects in delivered fabric (weaving defects or color defects) before cutting to avoid damaging materials.
