Thanh Vy is hiring a sales representative and curtain consultant to advise customers who need curtains installed in houses, apartments, and offices. This position is primarily based at the showroom and involves working via phone/Zalo, coordinating with the site survey and installation teams to close customer orders.

Specific responsibilities

The sales representative receives customer inquiries (by phone, through information submitted on the website, or from customers visiting the showroom), advises them on suitable curtain types, and follows up on orders until installation is complete.

• Receive and call back customers who submit their information through the application form, hotline, Zalo, or the company’s Facebook page.
• Advise on curtain types suitable for the space, sun exposure, and customer’s budget: fabric curtains, roller blinds, Roman shades, and motorized curtains.
• Prepare quotations based on the company’s price list and clearly explain material costs, sewing, installation, and included accessories.
• Schedule the survey team to take on-site measurements once the customer agrees, and track progress until installation is complete.
• Provide post-installation customer care, request reviews, and recommend additional accessories (curtain accessories and tracks) when appropriate.
• Record and report weekly sales and order statuses to the manager.

Job requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or consulting (experience in the interior or construction industry is preferred).
• Good communication skills and persistence in following up with customers through multiple discussions before closing an order.
• Proficiency with phones, Zalo, and basic customer information management tools.
• Able to work under sales pressure and proactively learn the price list and characteristics of each curtain type to provide accurate advice.

• Base salary of 8–10 million VND/month plus commission on closed orders, with total income of 8–20 million VND/month.

Working hours and location

Work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. at the showroom at 1184 Tỉnh Lộ 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
