Thanh Vy Curtains is hiring experienced curtain installers to work directly at residential, apartment, and office construction sites in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a key position on the installation team, responsible for everything from receiving measurement drawings to completing the installation and acceptance inspection with customers.

Job Responsibilities

Installers work in teams of 2–3 people, traveling in the company’s small truck to each construction site during the day. The work is not repetitive because every home has different ceiling and wall structures, so installers must be able to proactively handle real-world situations rather than simply follow fixed procedures.

• Compare actual measurements at the site with the completed measurement sheet and identify discrepancies before drilling.
• Drill and install curtain tracks, tubular motors, and curtain boxes on walls, concrete ceilings, or plasterboard ceilings — selecting the correct anchors and screws for each type of ceiling and wall material.
• Align the curtain tracks so they are straight, adjust the incline, and set the spacing between mounting points so the curtains operate smoothly without shifting when opened or closed.
• Install automatic curtain motors for electric curtain models, connect the remote control, and check the operating direction and travel limits before leaving the site.
• Hang the curtains, adjust the pleats evenly, check the fabric’s fall, and handle obstructions from air conditioners, recessed lights, and beams.
• Clean up the installation area and instruct customers on how to use, open and close, and clean the curtains after installation.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience installing curtains or similar interior products, such as plastic doors, aluminum doors, or plasterboard ceilings.
• Be able to use a drill, laser level, and measuring tape, and read basic measurement sheets.
• Be able to handle traveling to multiple construction sites per day and working on tall ladders.
• Good health, careful, and responsible for the products installed.
• Experience riding a motorbike or driving a small truck is preferred for traveling independently between nearby construction sites.

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with flexibility according to customer appointments. Departing from the workshop at 1184 Tỉnh Lộ 10, Ho Chi Minh City, and traveling to construction sites in the city center and surrounding areas.
