Office Roller Blinds in District 11 – Le Dai Hanh Street

This project involved installing roller blinds on an upper floor of a modern office building on Le Dai Hanh Street, District 11. The lobby/waiting area and corridor were designed with numerous large glass windows overlooking panoramic city views, along with a modular suspended ceiling, creating a high-end atmosphere while also presenting challenges in controlling natural light.

The main spatial challenge was balancing three factors: taking advantage of the beautiful city view, controlling glare and heat from direct sunlight, and maintaining a neat, professional appearance for a modern working environment. The concrete flooring and unfinished interior also required a blind solution that was both sturdy and flexible.

We selected light gray roller blinds—a standard choice for high-end office spaces. The fabric provides good light-blocking performance and UV protection, helping protect the interior from fading while still allowing the light level to be adjusted according to work requirements. The standardized industrial wood slats, rigid aluminum headrail, and roller system were designed for smooth, frequent operation.

The installation results demonstrated a high level of precision: the slats were evenly aligned across the entire window framing, with no differences in height between windows, symmetrical adjustment, and secure fastening. The blinds operate smoothly without jamming or fraying. The light gray color creates a cohesive aesthetic throughout the high-rise corridor, remaining both professional and easy on the eyes during long working hours. This is a typical application of roller blinds in modern office architecture in Ho Chi Minh City.
