High-Rise Office Roller Blinds in District 11: Professional Day-Night & Blackout Solutions

This project is a typical example of a roller blind solution for a modern office space in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. The client was a technology company with a large floor area and a fully glazed floor-to-ceiling facade, offering an unobstructed city view but also creating the challenge of controlling intense midday sunlight, which affected employee productivity and air-conditioning costs.
Space requirements: A high-rise office with abundant natural light, employees working directly near the windows, and frequent online meetings requiring control over camera brightness. In addition, round columns dividing the space according to the architectural design complicated uniform installation, requiring careful calculations for each position.
Our chosen solution: A combination of day-night roller blinds and blackout roller blinds in the same navy blue color, with a white fabric backing. The day-night blinds allow flexible daily light adjustment while preserving the view, while the blackout blinds provide 100% coverage when needed. The system was divided by individual window sections to ensure independent operation, with separate load calculations for each position to ensure durability across the large window areas.
Installation results: The tracks were installed completely parallel and level, while the blind edges remained straight and tightly aligned with the glass frames, without shifting or sagging after more than 6 months of use. The fabric color remained unchanged, and operation stayed smooth despite frequent rolling and unrolling. The client gave positive feedback on the thermal insulation and light control, with reduced screen glare and eye strain for employees.
