Two-Layer Roller Blinds for the Tân Thạnh District Party Committee Office, Long An

This project is a meeting room at the Tân Thạnh District Party Committee in Long An — an administrative office interior project with strict light-control requirements. The room features a gypsum ceiling, reddish-brown engineered wood walls, and a series of large windows opening to the outside. The main challenge was balancing the need for privacy during meetings with the ability to adjust natural light during working hours — too much light affects concentration, while too little affects morale.
We chose a two-layer roller blind system: the upper layer is light gray light-filtering fabric, while the lower layer is cream-colored semi-blackout fabric. This allows staff to adjust the light level in stages, from letting in soft light in the morning to fully blocking it when showing films or giving presentations. The cream-colored semi-blackout material also helps create a warm feeling in the otherwise rigid office space.
Installation was completed to professional standards: the blinds are evenly tensioned and wrinkle-free, fitted tightly to the aluminum frames with no light leakage along the edges. The roller mechanism operates smoothly, with precise vertical alignment. After 15 years of working in Ho Chi Minh City, I clearly understand that for administrative spaces, durability and stability in daily operation are essential — mechanical roller blinds meet these requirements well.
