High-Rise Office Roller Blinds – Tan Binh District
This project involved installing roller blinds for a modern office at 594 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh District. Located on a high floor, the spacious office has a row of full-height glass windows along one side of the building, offering views of Ho Chi Minh City.
The space required strong control of natural light throughout the day while ensuring employee privacy and preserving the outside view when desired. The suspended ceiling with a concealed air-conditioning system and glossy tiled floor called for a streamlined blind solution that would not obstruct the modern open-plan space.
We chose light gray roller blinds (grayish-beige) — a neutral color that is perfect for an office setting. These blinds allow flexible light adjustment, from complete coverage to an open, airy view. The system is divided into individual window sections, allowing light to be adjusted by area, which is highly convenient for L-shaped offices or different work zones.
The installation achieved high-quality results: the slats are evenly tensioned, with no wrinkles or warping, and consistent spacing between each slat. The blinds are installed close to the window frames with no gaps, while the details are neat and the control system is clear. After installation, the office feels both open and airy, while light and privacy are easy to manage — exactly as the client requested.
