FAQ

What material is the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain made of?

The material of the model you are viewing is linen fabric (naturally woven), and the product category is the linen curtain line. When exact measurements are needed for the fixed system linen dimout pleated ceiling curtain, a site survey and on-site measurement should be requested.

How to measure the window dimensions to order the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain?

If the wall is not straight or the window frame is distorted, please specify this when submitting the dimensions. Our technicians will handle it by adding extra overlap or switching to outside mounting. This is a very common situation in renovated houses, and for the woven linen curtain group, hanging them on double tracks sometimes requires adding a sheer layer on the inside. The above content applies to the fixed system linen dimout pleated ceiling curtain; for windows with different current conditions, you should inquire again.

How much does the Fixed System Linen Dimout pleated ceiling curtain cost, and how is it calculated by area?

The published unit price of 425,000 VND/m² applies to the curtain part. Hanging accessories such as tracks, rods, or mounting brackets are usually calculated separately by linear meter or by set. If you are still hesitant about the fixed system linen dimout pleated ceiling curtain, you can directly compare the two options before finalizing.

How to clean and maintain the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain?

Check the label or handover receipt before the first cleaning. Each material version has its own water resistance threshold, and doing it wrong the first time will ruin it completely. For the model in use, the instruction is to remove them from the hooks, hand wash in cold water, and dry flat in a well-ventilated place so that the fabric grain does not stretch. This section helps you visualize the fixed system linen dimout pleated ceiling curtain more clearly before scheduling measurements.

What kind of space is the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain suitable for?

This model works well in villas, cafes, and townhouses. Aside from that list, what is worth considering is the humidity at the installation location: areas near the kitchen or bathroom have completely different requirements compared to the living room. Before finalizing the option for the fixed system linen dimout pleated ceiling curtain, you should view the actual sample to feel the material surface.

Does the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain come with a warranty, and how long is the duration?

This model applies a 24-month technical warranty from the installation date. The accompanying condition is usually that the product is installed by the seller's technicians. Self-installation or hiring a third party may void the warranty, so please confirm this point before deciding. Please confirm this condition before anyone touches the anchorage of the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain.

How can I see a sample of the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain before purchasing?

Viewing the sample in person solves three questions at once: what the true color is, how thick or thin it is, and how well it blocks light. The last question is especially important for this model because the linen layer itself only filters out some sunlight, so to darken the room, a lining layer must be added. The light-blocking test for the Fixed System Linen Dimout Pleated Ceiling Curtain should be done on-site to avoid having to ask about it again after installation.
