Glass Partition with Roller Blinds at Vinhomes Grand Park – BS-16 Apartment

This project at Vinhomes Grand Park, in the BS-16 tower, was a luxury apartment interior completion project in which we participated in designing and installing a glass partition system with adjustable blinds.
The space presented an interesting challenge: The apartment owner wanted to create flexibility between the living room and bedroom while maintaining a spacious feel throughout the apartment. At the same time, privacy had to be ensured when needed, along with control over natural light from the large windows, especially in the early morning. The apartment’s white marble flooring and gypsum ceiling required the interior details to be refined without creating a heavy feel.
Our solution included an 8mm tempered glass partition system with a frosted textured pattern, premium black aluminum frames, roller blinds, and gray-green fabric vertical blinds. The patterned glass provided privacy while still allowing light to filter through softly. The roller blinds were installed above, with the vertical blinds inside the glass frame, creating a highly flexible and modern aesthetic.
The installation achieved the required standards: sharp aluminum frames, tightly sealed glass with no gaps, and blinds hanging straight and perfectly aligned parallel to the frame. From the seven project photos, we observed consistent material thickness, clean joint edges, and smoothly operating sliding doors. The expertise and technical precision are clearly reflected in every assembled detail. The entire system harmonizes with Vinhomes’ modern space, creating a valuable reference project for customers seeking similar solutions in high-end apartment buildings in Ho Chi Minh City.
