FAQ

How do I measure the window size to order Custom Printed Roller Blinds?

Check the flatness of the top edge of the window frame by placing a long ruler against it. A curved edge will cause the headrail to warp and the blind to operate unevenly. Detecting this early allows for adjustments using shims when installing Custom Printed Roller Blinds; detecting it late means having to take it down and redo the work.

How much do Custom Printed Roller Blinds cost, and how is the area calculated?

This model is listed at 499,000 VND/m². The billable area is the finished product area after adding the overlap, so the billable square footage is usually larger than the window's square footage. The above information applies to custom printed roller blinds; for other window conditions, you should inquire further.

Do Custom Printed Roller Blinds come with a warranty, and for how long?

For roller blinds, the policy is a 24-month technical warranty from the date of installation. One point that should be clarified from the start is whether the warranty includes labor for removal and reinstallation, as for high windows, this labor cost accounts for a significant portion of repair expenses. For high windows installing Custom Printed Roller Blinds, clarify the removal and installation labor costs right from the beginning.

How can I see samples of Custom Printed Roller Blinds before purchasing?

The sample viewing session should be combined with the measurement session. Combining them means only one appointment is needed, and the technician can finalize both the color and the measurements. For Custom Printed Roller Blinds, installing them inside the window recess keeps them neat, or mounting them outside reduces light leakage on the sides, so checking the wall condition is also resolved during that same session.

What is the process for ordering Custom Printed Roller Blinds?

The installation phase for roller blind systems requires structural preparation. The technician will check the screw mounting points during the survey, as brackets must be fixed securely to the wall; plaster ceilings require mounting into the studs. If the structure is found to be insufficiently sturdy, reinforcement plans will be proposed beforehand rather than waiting for issues to arise on the installation day. Reinforcement plans for the anchor points of Custom Printed Roller Blinds are always stated before the installation day.

Where can I get advice if I don't know which Custom Printed Roller Blind model is suitable?

You can preview photos of projects already completed in spaces similar to yours. Project photos accurately reflect the drape and true proportions, unlike studio product photos. This is the most realistic reference source before scheduling a meeting. Photos of projects where Custom Printed Roller Blinds have been installed reflect the true drape and proportions.

How long does it take to install Custom Printed Roller Blinds, and do I need to install them myself?

You do not need to install them yourself, and you shouldn't. Incorrect anchor points will reveal themselves after a few months in the form of loose screws or balance misalignment, at which point you would have to take them down and start over. With Custom Printed Roller Blinds, the technician brings the appropriate type of wall anchors for the structure recorded during the measurement session.
